Doors, Door Entry Systems, and Assisted Living Equipment - Installation and Maintenance Services

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive managed program for the installation, maintenance, and repair of doors, door entry systems, and assisted living equipment across its housing stock. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, providing high-quality customer-focused service, and managing works in a planned and coordinated manner to achieve best value and right-first-time outcomes. The Council will support tenderers throughout the quotation process, with all questions and responses shared transparently with all bidders. Clarifications can be requested via the In-Tend electronic tendering system until 25th June 2026 at 17:00. Completed quotations must be submitted electronically via the 'My Return' section of the In-Tend system by 6th July 2026 at 17:00; submissions received after this deadline will be excluded.
