Independent Investigators for Parliament Complaints and Grievance Scheme

The Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS) is seeking qualified Independent Investigators to join a supplier framework. Investigators will assess and conduct investigations into complaints of bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct across the Houses of Parliament. Framework Details: - Maximum duration: 8 years (expires 28 March 2035) - Framework will reopen for new suppliers after 2 years, then at years 4 and 6 - From year 3 onwards, the Authority may reopen the framework every 12 months at its discretion - Single Lot covering all investigation areas (bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct) - All investigation areas combined into one lot due to overlapping skill requirements Investigators on this framework will be assigned to specific cases as they arise. This is an opportunity to provide specialist investigation services to Parliament.
