Principal Contractor for SHDF Wave 3 Retrofit Programme

SHDF Wave 3 is seeking a Principal Contractor to lead retrofit works across approximately 700 properties owned by The Guinness Partnership Limited. The project encompasses energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements including cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, solar panel installations, ventilation system upgrades, and air source heat pump installations. The successful contractor will be responsible for coordinating and executing these retrofit works to improve building performance and reduce energy consumption across the residential portfolio.
