Professional Advisory Services Framework Agreement

The Council is seeking to establish a Regeneration Framework Agreement for professional advisory services to support its investment programme and growth initiatives. This framework will enable the Council and other eligible public bodies to access specialized professional advice for project development and delivery. The Framework will initially be awarded for three years with the option to extend for an additional year. Eligible organizations that may use this framework include: Belfast City Council, all Local Authorities in Northern Ireland, Queen's University Belfast, and Ulster University. Suppliers selected for this framework will be positioned to provide ongoing advisory services across multiple public sector organizations in Northern Ireland.
