Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention Service Provider – The Drive Project

The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire seeks a provider to deliver the Drive Project, an evidence-based domestic abuse intervention program. This whole-system approach targets high-risk and serial perpetrators (aged 16+) through intensive case management and coordinated multi-agency response to change perpetrator behavior and reduce victim harm. The program aims to: reduce serial perpetrators of domestic abuse, prevent repeat victimization and new victims, and minimize harm to victims and children. The Drive Project prioritizes cases with the greatest risk of serious harm where individuals typically engage poorly with standard services. By addressing root causes of domestic abuse through perpetrator behavior change, the program enhances victim safety while complementing existing victim support services.
