Specialist Paediatric Palliative and End-of-Life Care Services

NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board is seeking qualified providers to deliver specialist palliative and end-of-life care services for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions across the Thames Valley. The service includes specialist medical support and must be integrated within existing Thames Valley clinical pathways and governance arrangements. Providers with established paediatric palliative care infrastructure and existing involvement in relevant referral networks are preferred. This is a 3-year contract commencing October 2026, valued at £1,360,677 (excluding VAT). Interested providers must express their interest within 14 days of publication. The procurement is being conducted through the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of the Integrated Care Board. Potential providers will be identified and assessed after the initial expression of interest period in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime.
