Event Management Agency - Retainer Model for UK Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (India)

The UK Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST), represented by the British High Commission in New Delhi, is seeking a competent Event Management Company to provide event management services on a Retainer Agreement basis across India. The initial contract period is 3 months (September to December 2026), with provision for further extension based on performance. This is a rapid competitive tender exercise conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Procurement Act 2023. The retainer arrangement ensures dedicated event management support, faster response times, proactive planning, and consistent service delivery across BIST's event portfolio. The selected agency will receive a fixed monthly retainer fee covering ongoing event management support, account management, planning, coordination, and resource availability. Actual event execution costs will be charged separately based on approved event requirements and budgets. This opportunity is designed to support an anticipated increase in event activity during the upcoming peak period.
