Independent Assurance Service for PLANC Requirements Management

UK Fusion Energy Ltd (UKFE), a subsidiary of the UK Atomic Energy Authority, is seeking a qualified Supplier to provide independent third-line assurance services for PLANC (Permitting, Licences, Authorisations, Notifications & Consent) requirements. The successful Supplier will deliver objective assessment and challenge of arrangements used to identify, manage, integrate, and deliver PLANC requirements throughout the STEP (Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production) programme lifecycle. This prototype fusion energy plant programme requires comprehensive oversight of regulatory compliance and permitting processes. The procurement is conducted as an Open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. Interested parties must register on the UKFE Delta eSourcing portal to access the tender documentation, submit clarifications, communicate with UKFE, and submit proposals. Registration is free and all tender materials are available through the portal.
