Supply Technical Equipment for Persons with Visual and Hearing Impairments

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is seeking qualified organizations to supply technical equipment designed for persons with visual and hearing impairments. Proposals must be submitted by October 02, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with the tender number PFRU2-2025-764 in the subject line. All inquiries must be submitted by September 25, 2026, at 18:00 Kyiv time. Price proposals may be submitted in Ukrainian or English. All tender-related communication must be conducted in writing via email. PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country, so payments will exclude VAT. Proposals must include completed and signed Terms of Reference (Volume 3), a completed and signed Annex 1 (in English or Ukrainian), and relevant registration documents complying with your country's laws. All documents should be scanned or converted to PDF format and submitted electronically.
