Electrical Works for Building Insulation Project - West Cross, Swansea

Swansea Council is seeking an electrical subcontractor to support a building insulation scheme at West Cross. The project involves external wall insulation installation (100mm) on residential properties. Electrical works required include: (1) Safe removal and reinstatement of external electrical accessories during insulation works; (2) Upgrade of meter installations with 25mm tails and 16mm CPC cabling run internally to newly positioned external meter cupboards where existing; (3) Complete new external lighting installations including cabling, containment, light fittings and associated components for properties currently without external lighting.
