Build a Power BI Reporting Suite for Fitness to Practice Performance Monitoring

The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) seeks support to scope, design, and build a comprehensive operational reporting suite using Microsoft Power BI. The suite will track and visualize key fitness to practice (FtP) performance metrics including case load volume, case progression status, compliance with established milestones and key performance indicators, and management of identified risk areas. This reporting capability will provide stakeholders with real-time insights into FtP operations and enable data-driven decision-making to support regulatory performance management.
