    Brief

The Cairngorms 2030 Future Rural Skills Project is a structured change programme for land-based businesses and estates facing climate, policy and economic pressures. The successful contractor will serve as facilitator, advisor and delivery partner, guiding estates through a three-stage process: (1) understanding the pressures and changes ahead, (2) developing strategic plans to respond effectively, and (3) building workforce capability through tailored skills training for staff. This role requires expertise in agricultural business development, sustainability practices and workforce training delivery, with the ability to work directly with estate management teams to implement practical solutions for long-term resilience.
