Environmental Control Equipment Service for Complex Disability Patients - South East England

NHS Kent and Medway ICB is seeking qualified providers to deliver environmental control equipment services for patients with complex disabilities of all ages across the South East region. The service will cover Kent, Medway, Sussex, Brighton, and South East London, serving approximately 477 active clients. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) inviting expressions of interest from experienced providers. The contract will run for an initial 5-year period with optional extensions of up to 4 additional years (four 12-month extensions). The annual contract value is estimated at £1,633,031 (2025/26 rates), subject to change.
