This is a direct award opportunity for change consultancy services to support organizational transformation. The successful supplier will provide virtual advisory support complemented by face-to-face facilitation for the Board. This engagement builds on the supplier's previous successful delivery of an earlier project phase. Due to recent changes in statutory duties and compliance requirements, an additional scope of work has become necessary. A direct award approach has been selected to mitigate the risk of judicial review, minimize service disruption, and avoid duplicating costs associated with re-tendering and knowledge transfer. The supplier's existing familiarity with the organization and project context makes them ideally positioned to deliver continuity and reduce implementation risk.
