Digital Content Platform for Further Education Institutions

Jisc is seeking a single supplier to develop and deliver a comprehensive digital content platform for Further Education (FE) institutions across the UK. The platform must support modern learning needs with adaptive, AI-driven tools that personalize the educational experience for both learners and educators. Key requirements include: providing cost-effective access to high-quality digital learning resources; enabling flexible delivery through hybrid, modular, and micro-learning formats; ensuring content aligns with current curricula, qualifications, and emerging skills (including employability and digital literacy); and integrating ethical AI solutions with long-term financial sustainability. This framework agreement will establish a strategic partnership to deliver a future-ready platform that meets sector-specific needs and supports innovative teaching and learning practices. Note: A PME Notice (UK2) was previously issued (reference 071018-2025). A tender is anticipated to be published in early autumn 2026 following a review of requirements.
