General Property Maintenance Framework - South Region

Translink is establishing a Framework agreement for general property maintenance works across its operations in Northern Ireland. The Client's Property Department manages maintenance, minor works, and capital projects for all properties operated by Northern Ireland Railways, Ulsterbus, Metro, and NITHC. The scope includes maintenance and repairs to: Railway stations, bus stations, offices, shops, retail units, storage facilities, bus and rail yards, warehouses, engineering workshops and garages, fuel and wash facilities, integrated transport facilities, park and ride sites, and multi-story car parks. Additionally, work may include associated infrastructure such as pedestrian bridges, walkways, cycleways, access paths, station platforms with canopies, and station signage. Suppliers must submit responses through the Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal using the submission instructions provided on the eTendersNI Homepage. No alternative submission methods will be accepted.
