Teaching Bay Refurbishment Project

This is a competitive tendering opportunity for the refurbishment and installation of a Brick and Mortar teaching bay at a Vauxhall Road facility. The project is part of a challenging skills programme and must be completed before the start of the 2026/27 academic year. This mini competition is being conducted through the College's minor works framework (reference T: 2024-013). The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring the facility is fully operational and ready for student use at the beginning of the new academic term. This is a time-sensitive project with a fixed completion deadline.
