Scaffolding Services Framework Agreement - Devon, Dorset, Somerset and West Somerset

Magna Housing Ltd is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for responsive and planned scaffolding services across its housing portfolio. The framework will support maintenance, repair, and improvement programmes while ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality, and customer experience. Scope of Services: Scaffolding services will support Magna's Direct Labour Organisation across owned and managed properties, including houses, blocks of flats, and associated structures. Typical works include external painting, cyclical maintenance, component replacement, and ad hoc responsive works, many in occupied residential environments. Framework Structure: The framework is divided into two geographical lots: • Lot 1: Devon, Dorset & South Somerset (estimated £375,000 per annum) • Lot 2: West Somerset (estimated £125,000 per annum) Tenderers may bid for one or both lots. Up to four contractors will be appointed per lot and ranked following evaluation, with works typically allocated to the highest ranked contractor.
