Occupational Health Management System - Pre-Market Engagement

Cardiff University invites suppliers to participate in pre-market engagement for a new Occupational Health Platform to support student health management. The platform will manage referrals, health screening, immunisation, fitness to practise assessments, and clinical advice for approximately 1,500 first-year students annually and 400 management referrals per academic year. This early engagement stage aims to gather market insights on supplier experience, system capabilities, and lessons learnt to refine the University's requirements, procurement strategy, and commercial model. The virtual pre-market engagement events will be held on 1st and 2nd July 2026 via Teams. Interested suppliers must register by 12 noon on 25th June 2026 through the Cardiff University e-tender portal (In-Tend), limited to 2 attendees per organisation. The University will publish all Q&A responses on the portal following the events. Participation is voluntary and does not convey any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent formal procurement. The final tender will incorporate insights on scope, service levels, data requirements, performance metrics, and commercial structure, with full compliance to the University's Cyber Security standards and IT systems compatibility required.
