Cloud-Based Customer Due Diligence Platform

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is seeking a cloud-hosted Customer Due Diligence platform to meet financial-crime and regulatory compliance requirements. The platform must integrate identity verification (including document and biometric verification with resident self-service options), politically exposed person and sanctions screening, Know Your Business (KYB) company verification and screening, ongoing monitoring with automated alerting, case management, audit trail and reporting capabilities, and seamless integration with NHG systems including federated single sign-on. The contract runs for an initial three years with optional extensions up to five years total. Pricing is fixed for year one with annual CPI-capped adjustments thereafter. Anticipated volumes include approximately 4,000 new individual checks and 120 company checks annually, a one-time retrospective screening of 70,000 individuals and 750 companies, and ongoing monitoring of 74,000 individuals and 870 companies across approximately 375 staff users.
