    Brief

The UK Space Agency seeks continued access to the Researchfish Explorer platform, a proprietary software solution owned and exclusively supplied by Elsevier B.V. This is a direct award contract under Schedule 5, Paragraph 5 of the Procurement Act 2023, as the intellectual property and access rights are held solely by Elsevier B.V., making competition infeasible. The subscription enables the Agency to access, monitor, and analyse grant outcome data and research and innovation results from funded activities. The platform supports evidence-based decision-making and tracking of research impact across the Agency's portfolio. This contract is available only to Elsevier B.V. as the exclusive rights holder.
