Plant Equipment Maintenance and Service Contract - Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds

Opportunity to provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing of plant equipment at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and its satellite site (NFC). The service includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of all relevant plant and equipment with particular experience of aged plant, reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown response, statutory inspections and testing, servicing of mechanical and heating plant including chillers and air conditioning units, fault diagnosis and repair, component replacement, labour and specialist subcontractors, full compliance with health and safety legislation and industry standards, detailed maintenance record keeping and asset history updates, annual maintenance programme development, and recommendations for lifecycle replacement and energy efficiency improvements. The contract requires submission of an annual preventative maintenance schedule by the start of each 12-month period. Initial contract value is £189,000 with optional extensions valued at £126,000 and additional options for spare parts provision valued at £25,000, totalling £340,000 including VAT.
