Ireland: Managed Service Provider for Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Scheme

The Irish Contracting Authority is seeking a managed service provider to supply, design, build, customize, test, implement, and operationally maintain a comprehensive administration system for the Automatic Enrolment (AE) Retirement Savings Scheme. The successful provider will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the service, from initial setup through ongoing support and maintenance. This includes system design and customization to meet scheme requirements, comprehensive testing to ensure reliability, implementation and deployment, and continuous operational support to ensure the scheme runs smoothly for employers and employees.
