Grounds Maintenance Services – Hard and Soft Landscaping at University of Limerick

University of Limerick's Building and Estates Department seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping services across the 371-acre campus. The contractor will perform installation, repair, and reinstatement of landscape hard works including paving, kerbing, traffic management, fencing, signage, and site preparation. The scope includes excavation, trench work, and underground services such as repair of foul and surface water sewers, water mains, and utility ducting for electrical and telecommunications cables. The contractor must also construct access chambers, reinforced slabs, and similar structures; source and supply materials; coordinate external contractors as needed; and assist the grounds maintenance team with soft landscaping work such as top soiling and grading. This is a framework agreement for ongoing grounds maintenance services supporting the University's physical infrastructure management.
