Southern Water Services is establishing a framework panel of consultancy providers to support its strategic objectives. The company seeks expertise across multiple business management and professional services areas including: Regulatory Advice, Regulatory Economic Advisory and Modelling, Procurement and Commercial, General Tax, Financial Services, and Strategy and Change. Services must be structured as compliant with IR35 legislation requirements, with service providers responsible for all relevant tax and employment regulatory compliance. Southern Water retains the right to procure services outside this framework panel where specialist capabilities are not available or where external pricing is more competitive. Indicative annual lot values: Lot 1a (Regulatory Advice) £1.4m, Lot 1b (Regulatory Economic Advisory and Modelling) £1m, Lot 2 (Procurement and Commercial) £3m, Lot 3a (General Tax) £400k, Lot 3b (Financial Services) £1m, Lot 4 (Strategy and Change) £10m. These values represent best estimates and may fluctuate significantly based on annual demand variations. Values may be subject to change due to future regulatory or policy developments.
