Outsourced Customer Services Contract

This is a fully outsourced customer services provision opportunity available through a further competition under the CCS RM6295 Outsourced Services Framework, Lot 1 (Citizen Experience). The successful supplier will deliver comprehensive customer service operations. The initial contract period is 3 years, commencing 1 October 2026, with an optional 2-year extension available subject to satisfactory performance and budget approval. This is a mini competition, meaning only suppliers already on the framework can bid. Suppliers should be prepared to demonstrate their capability to manage customer interactions, support inquiries, and deliver high-quality citizen experience services.
