Property Valuation Services for Housing Estate Regeneration

The London Borough of Enfield seeks a qualified valuation company to provide residential property valuation reports and associated advisory and dispute resolution services for its Housing Regeneration Team. The service will support multiple ongoing projects, primarily the Joyce and Snells Estate Regeneration scheme in Edmonton, N18, which spans 15 years across multiple phases. The initial phase involves acquiring approximately 360 individual properties (291 leaseholder and 68 freeholder interests), with an expected rate of around 50 acquisitions per year. The successful contractor will provide expert valuations to support property acquisitions and leaseholder negotiations throughout the estate regeneration program. Additionally, the service will support two block decommissioning projects and other estate regeneration proposals currently in development.
