Management Due Diligence Services Panel

The National Wealth Fund (NWF) is establishing two framework contracts to deliver Management Due Diligence services for equity investment opportunities. This is a 4-year call-off arrangement on a no-committed spend basis, with anticipated high utilisation as the default procurement route for these services. Scope: You will assess management teams across founders, executives, senior leaders, and key personnel on a case-by-case basis. Core requirements include: (1) Management Capability Assessment - evaluating team capability, effectiveness and suitability; (2) Referencing and Evidence Gathering - conducting reference checks with previous/current employers, colleagues and employees. Optional capabilities you may offer include: Integrity and Background Checks; Compensation and Incentives Review (salary benchmarking, variable pay, equity); Enhanced Team Effectiveness and Psychometric Assessment (individual and team-level assessments); and Regulatory, Government and Stakeholder Engagement assessment. Two suppliers will be appointed to manage potential conflicts of interest and service capacity. You must demonstrate capability in both core service lines to be eligible; optional services can be added during your bid to enhance your offering.
