Dynamics 365 Support and Development Partner

PHG seeks a qualified partner to provide comprehensive support and development services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The successful partner will deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable services while maintaining service continuity and enabling controlled system enhancements. Key requirements include: establishing stable and resilient support arrangements for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform; delivering system enhancements that align with PHG's standards and governance frameworks; managing effective mobilisation and transition from incumbent suppliers where necessary; and demonstrating clear accountability through performance management and delivering value for money throughout the contract term. The partner must be capable of supporting existing systems while facilitating controlled growth and improvement.
