Cleaning Services Contract for Stour Academy Trust Primary Schools

The Stour Academy Trust is seeking a qualified cleaning contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services across its primary academies. The successful contractor will be responsible for daily cleaning and out-of-term deep cleaning of teaching spaces, offices, circulation areas, and restrooms. The contractor must manage all aspects of the cleaning operation including staff employment and management, supply of cleaning products, consumables, light equipment, and bin liners. The Trust will retain responsibility for utilities and maintenance of cleaning equipment and facilities. The contractor must deliver services that meet Government cleaning standards for the education sector, establish effective communication systems with the Trust at all operational levels, and ensure full compliance with all legal and health and safety requirements.
