Carpet Tile Removal and Installation – Cork Office Building

Safefood is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace carpet tiles at its Cork office location (7 Eastgate Avenue, Eastgate, Little Island, Cork, T45 RX01). The project covers approximately 720 square metres of carpet removal, safe disposal, and installation of new commercial-grade carpet tiles (ModuLyss DSGN Absolute or ModuLyss First Define, 1/10th Gauge nylon loop pile, 730g/m² pile weight, or equivalent). The work includes moving and repositioning office furniture to facilitate installation, and may involve relocating floor boxes in open-plan areas. The existing floor is a suspended steel floor with integrated floor boxes. Completion is preferred by 26 October 2026, with flexibility for phased completion (Area B by 26 October 2026; Areas A and C by 30 October 2026). Tenderers must submit detailed cost breakdowns in euro with VAT itemized separately, along with proposed completion timelines.
