Health & Safety Advisor for University of Bath R7 Student Accommodation Project

The University of Bath is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for the R7 Student Accommodation construction project. This new student housing development will be built to Passivhaus standards, requiring specialized knowledge in high-performance building certification requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure compliance with Passivhaus standards including airtightness testing, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system installation, and enhanced building fabric detailing. Key responsibilities include coordinating site safety protocols, managing construction sequencing specific to Passivhaus requirements, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with sustainable building standards, modern construction methodologies, and complex project coordination in an educational or institutional setting.
