Networks, Security, and Applications Management Services Partner

Scottish Water Digital Directorate is seeking experienced technology partners to support its digital transformation initiatives across three key service areas: **Networks & Security Services:** Scottish Water requires converged network and security solutions aligned with its software-defined networking strategy. Partners should demonstrate expertise in delivering network modernization and security projects. While converged capabilities are preferred, organizations with either security or network services expertise are encouraged to apply. Interim on-premises data centre support may also be required, though this will be determined post-qualification. **Applications Management Services:** Partners are needed to support core business applications, cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, integrations, analytics platforms, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Bidders can qualify for all services or select specific areas (line-of-business applications only, or Azure/M365 support only). Service desk support opportunities may also be available. **Key Requirements:** Scottish Water seeks partners who: - Operate at scale with proven expertise and extensive industry experience - Can manage complex supply chains and engage specialized providers - Provide integration and expert advisory services in AI, automation, digital twins, and emerging technologies - Support modern engineering practices including Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD automation, Zero Trust security, and IT/Operational Technology convergence - Demonstrate commitment to secure technology transformation and regulatory compliance for critical national infrastructure As a public water utility, Scottish Water must adhere to stringent data protection, technology regulations, and industry best practices. The successful partner will facilitate rapid solution delivery while maintaining and modernizing existing infrastructure.
