Asbestos Removal and Boiler Replacement for Livingstone Primary School

This contract involves two related projects: the removal of asbestos and the replacement of boilers at Livingstone Primary School. The selected contractors for both projects will need to collaborate closely to ensure the successful completion of the work. The boiler replacement project is open to Gas Safe registered companies. The existing boilers are no longer serviceable and must be replaced. This includes the removal of the old boilers, installation of new ones, and commissioning the new system. The asbestos removal project is open to licensed asbestos removal companies. The current encapsulation of the asbestos is failing and requires either removal or re-encapsulation. While removal is preferred, it will depend on the feasibility within the budget. Therefore, separate quotes for both options are required.
