Principal Designer Consultant for Benabo Court Building Project

This is a consultancy opportunity seeking a Principal Designer to provide professional services for Benabo Court across two project phases: RIBA Stages 3-4 (detailed design and technical design) and RIBA Stages 5-6 (planning and building regulations application through to tender preparation). The successful consultant will lead the architectural and design coordination of this project, ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements, and project specifications. This role requires expertise in managing design development, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive design documentation required for construction. The consultant will work with the project team to deliver quality design solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
