    Brief

This contract opportunity is for the provision of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) services under the Connect to Work initiative. The aim of Connect to Work is to tackle 'Hidden Unemployment' by fostering a collaborative approach that empowers local communities to realize their potential and contribute to economic growth. Quality employment is essential for improving physical and mental health, providing income, social interaction, and a sense of purpose. Fedcap is inviting tenders and is looking for delivery partners to collaborate on this project. We are particularly interested in partners who have: 1. Experience with supported employment models, specifically IPS and/or SEQF. 2. Strong local knowledge and established relationships with health services, social care, and community or faith-based organizations. Interested organizations should complete the Request for Proposal (RFP) to express their interest in partnering with us. Please note that we may partner with different organizations in each county to address the unique needs of residents in Berkshire and Hampshire.
