Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a contractor for the extension of the Rockingham Wing, which provides maternity and neonatal services. The project involves constructing a two-storey extension that will connect to the existing facility. It is important to note that the Rockingham Wing will remain operational during the construction period. The contractor will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the Scheme Agreement under the Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure 23 (P23) Framework Alliance Contract.
