Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is conducting a preliminary market engagement exercise to gather information about supplier capabilities for hosting, supporting, maintaining, and developing the Apperta Foundation's OpenEyes Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solution. This engagement covers implementations across NHS Wales secondary care ophthalmology departments and community optometric practices. Interested suppliers should complete a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire available on the eTenderWales portal (https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/home.html). Please note: This is a market research exercise only and does not constitute a formal procurement, commitment to procure, or invitation to tender. DHCW may contact respondents individually to clarify or supplement information provided. Information gathered will inform future procurement strategy and decision-making.
