Electricity and Gas Supply Contract for London Residential Properties

The Crown Estate is seeking a supplier for electricity and gas to its London residential portfolio. The contract will cover retail energy supply and related services including account management, billing, and customer support. Expected annual consumption is approximately 0.192 GWh of electricity across 20 supply points and 0.939 GWh of gas across 4 supply points, based on the previous 12 months' data. Actual volumes may vary during the contract term. The Bureau Service Provider will administer the procurement process on behalf of the contracting authority. Complete specification, pricing structure, and contractual terms will be provided in the Tender Notice and associated procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to refine scope and consumption estimates before the Tender Notice is issued.
