Schools Energy Pathfinder 2025 - Biomass Heating Upgrade Works (Bundle 4, CMETB)

This contract covers heating plant room upgrades and associated electrical and builder's works across six school sites in Cavan and Monaghan counties. The scope includes all necessary site preparation and enabling works to facilitate biomass heating system installation. Suppliers should note that the biomass heating installation itself will be managed by a separately appointed contractor, and this package focuses exclusively on the infrastructure preparation, plantroom modifications, electrical connections, and building works required to support the new systems.
