24/7 Security Services for South East Technological University (Carlow and Wexford Campuses)

South East Technological University (SETU) seeks a professional security services contractor to provide comprehensive security coverage across two campuses: Carlow (Lot 1) and Wexford (Lot 2). The contractor must deliver round-the-clock security services (24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year) in full compliance with the Private Security Authority (PSA) requirements and all applicable legislation. Responsibilities include providing all necessary personnel, management, supervision, vehicles, communications equipment, uniforms, and other resources required for effective service delivery. A dedicated Contract Manager must be appointed to serve as the primary liaison with the University's Estates Department. Services must be delivered according to the detailed specification and contract conditions provided.
