Supply of Individual Whiteboards Framework

Hampshire County Council is seeking applications from qualified organizations to participate in a tender for the supply of individual whiteboards. This framework will begin on June 1, 2025, and will last for four years. Interested suppliers must register their interest on the In-Tend website at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and submit their tender documents along with any required supporting information by 2:00 PM on March 27, 2025. To access the tender documents, log into In-Tend, navigate to 'Tenders', then 'Current', and select 'View Details' for the relevant tender. Click on the 'Express Interest' tab, and you will find five tabs: 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications', and 'History'. Select the 'ITT - documents' tab to find important information under 'Tender Details' and scroll down to 'Tender Documents Received' to view or download the necessary documents. It is crucial to download and read all documents carefully. Suppliers must 'Opt In' to access the 'My Tender Return' section to begin filling out their response. Additionally, 'Opt In' is required to view and complete the project questionnaire. The option to 'Opt Out' will be available throughout the tender process, allowing suppliers to stop receiving communications regarding this tender and provide feedback on their decision. Suppliers can choose to 'Opt In' at any time during the process if they initially opted out.
