Technical Site Audits for Renewable Heat and Green Gas Schemes

Ofgem is seeking an experienced audit contractor to conduct technical site audits for the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (NDRHI) and Green Gas Support Scheme (GGSS) programmes. The successful contractor will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of participant data submissions, confirming compliance with Ofgem guidance and agreed procedures, identifying non-compliance and potential fraud, and detecting departures from best practices that could lead to incorrect information being provided to Ofgem. Auditors must have comprehensive knowledge of both NDRHI and GGSS requirements and possess strong mechanical services expertise to evaluate whether installations and participants are meeting all relevant legislative obligations during on-site visits. This role requires the ability to conduct thorough technical assessments while maintaining professional audit standards and documentation.
