Stone Cottage Restoration, Extension, and Wastewater System Installation

This project involves comprehensive restoration and extension of a historic stone cottage property. The scope of work includes: demolition of an existing stone shed and block lean-to extension; complete refurbishment of the stone cottage including installation of a new ground bearing floor slab, new roof, repointing of existing rubble stone walls on the exterior, and interior application of insulating lime-based plaster; replacement of all windows and doors with new fixtures; full interior finishing and fitout; construction of a new single-storey extension measuring 64 square meters; external site works including site drainage installation and patio construction; and installation of a new Waste Water Treatment System (WWTS). Suppliers should have experience in heritage stone building restoration, structural work, traditional lime mortar techniques, and environmental compliance. This is a retender opportunity.
