Asset Management and Professional Support Services Framework

This national framework provides asset management and professional consultancy services to support public sector bodies and other authorised organisations in delivering their asset management, compliance, and property development programmes. The framework is valued at £40,000,000 (excluding VAT) or £48,000,000 (including VAT) over four years and covers a single lot of Consultancy Services. Key service areas include project management, business process re-engineering, service improvement, options appraisals, procurement services, transformation services, Building Safety Act duty holder services, and health and safety consultancy. The framework operates under the Procurement Act 2023 and allows both direct awards and further competition. It is administered by Pretium Frameworks Ltd on behalf of Sanctuary Housing and is available to all UK public sector bodies, social housing providers, NHS trusts, educational establishments, and other authorised users who have signed an Access Agreement. Suppliers can be either frameworks directly appointed or supply chain members of eligible organisations.
