24/7 Managed Cyber Security Operations Centre for HRUC

Harrow, Richmond & Uxbridge Colleges (HRUC) seeks a fully managed Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) to provide round-the-clock monitoring, detection, and incident response across its five campus locations. The successful supplier will deliver comprehensive cyber security services including 24/7/365 monitoring and detection, incident response, exposure validation, threat intelligence, and strategic advisory services. The service must be scalable to accommodate new colleges joining the HRUC group, additional campuses, and increases in staff, students, and digital endpoints throughout the contract period. This Call-Off Contract runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, with options to extend for up to 24 months (subject to annual review and KPI performance). The opportunity was released through a Further Competition under the YPO Network Connectivity and Telecommunication Solutions 2 Framework Agreement, Lot 5 Cyber Security, in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
