Security Services Provider for NHS Trust

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced security services supplier to provide comprehensive security solutions across all trust facilities. Services required include: CCTV monitoring and management, access control systems with ID badge provision, enhanced supervision of security operations, restrictive intervention training for security personnel, rapid response to security incidents (including violence and aggression), site-based patrols, dedicated security for high-risk areas and departments, escort duties, administrative support, emergency and disaster response planning, key holding and alarm response services, intruder and personal attack alarm monitoring, incident reporting (including LADO and Section 42 notifications), and crime prevention strategies. The successful supplier should demonstrate expertise in healthcare security, have proven experience managing complex multi-site operations, and be capable of delivering integrated security management across a large NHS foundation trust.
