Insurance and Related Services Provider for Connect Housing

Connect Housing seeks qualified insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services covering property, legal liability, and general non-life insurance risks. Required coverage areas include property damage, business interruption, employers liability, public and products liability, property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability. The final scope will be determined by Connect Housing. Suppliers must demonstrate strong financial credentials, with insurers rated minimum 'BBB' by Standard & Poor's, 'B++' by AM Best, or equivalent from an independent credit rating agency approved by the bidder's market security committee. Ratings below A- require additional evaluation and written recommendation from the market security committee before bid submission. Key assessment criteria include: ability to offer multiple suitable insurers and coverage options; a skilled team across client relationship management, claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and risk management; and proven delivery of quality service to the contracting authority, clients, and any third-party contractors or insurers involved.
