Northern Ireland Regional Colleges Maintenance Framework Agreement

This framework agreement provides comprehensive construction-related property maintenance services across six Northern Ireland regional colleges: Belfast Metropolitan College, Northern Regional College, North West Regional College, South Eastern Regional College, Southern Regional College, and South West College. The framework covers three main service areas: Planned Preventative Maintenance (routine inspection, testing, and servicing of plant and equipment); Response Maintenance and Minor Works (24/7, 365-day emergency repair services for buildings, equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems); and Minor Works Projects (building, mechanical, electrical, and specialist construction works tailored to specific client needs). All work must comply with relevant statutory, regulatory, and authoritative requirements. Suppliers should have expertise in building maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to respond quickly to emergency calls while managing scheduled maintenance programs effectively.
