Fire Safety Upgrade Works for 82 Apartments in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

This project involves comprehensive fire compliance and safety upgrades across 82 apartments in a residential building at Claremount Avenue, Honey Park, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. The scope of works includes: upgrading entrance hallway wall finishes to fire-rated standards, firestopping of service penetrations (pipes, cables, ducts) through entrance hallway walls and above apartment front doors, firestopping of vertical penetrations through compartment floors, upgrading fire-rated doors and associated frames, and installing or upgrading landlord fire detection systems. Works will be completed in two phases to minimize disruption to residents. Suppliers should have experience in fire safety compliance, compartmentation, firestopping systems, fire-rated doors, and building regulation standards.
